CURRENT VACANCIES

Sales Persons (2 No’s):

We currently require a mature experienced sales person with construction experience (Residential Sector) to close generated leads for the construction/renovation sector. You will need to have proven sales experience, suitable transport, mobile phone and the desire to achieve.

- Desired Qualities:

• Strong leadership/inter-personal skills; developing relationships based on trust and respect.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time resources in an unsupervised atmosphere.
• The candidate must be able to drive and travel when required.
• Customer relations experience.

You will be paid on a contract basis. Our current sales staff are earning upwards of £1000 per week.

Multi-Skilled Trades Persons (2 No’s):

We currently have a vacancy for a multi-skilled trade’s person for our domestic and commercial mobile team.

- Duties and Responsibilities:

The chosen candidate will be able to work within a team and also have the confidence to work alone. To carry out various tasks, i.e. Carpentry, Basic plumbing, Roofing etc.

- Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required:

• Must hold full UK driving licence and hold CIS/Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• CV and two previous work references required
• Provide a copy of all relevant certifications
